High traffic on tile floors will gradually dull the floor, and the grout will become dark and dirty. Regular moping or steam mops will only remove the surface dirt. Having it professionally cleaned will help bring it back to that new look.
To keep your tile floors looking their best, we recommend having them professionally cleaned every 18 – 24 months, but this will depend on the amount of traffic, soil and regular maintenance.
If you could pick up lighter items such as rugs, plants, garbage, or recycling cans, that would be appreciated.
Professional tile & grout cleaning is very reasonable when you consider the cost of having them replaced and is typically priced very competitively with most companies.
It would be best to stay off freshly cleaned floors for about an hour. If you have the grout sealed, it is advisable to stay off them for a few hours.
